Interior Luminaires - Model Ariel 2
Description
These surfaced lighting fixtures are typical for plastic diffusers and covers of various sizes. In combination with fluorescent
and compact-fluorescent lamps, this luminaire is suitable for a wide range of applications such as offices, hospitals, waiting rooms and communications areas.
Body
The body is made of a sheet steel surface, finished with a powder coating of RAL 9003 (white pearl). The extruded plastic
diffuser is made of stabilised PMMA UV. The two end caps are made of polystyrene, fastened by a spring, allowing easy
replacement of the fluorescent tube.

Optics
The optical part consists of extruded or compressed plastic diffusers that are made of stabilised PMMA UV or polycarbonate of different sizes (opal or prismatic).
The diffuser is fixed to the body with polycarbonate fastening clips with a quarter turn that allows the lamps to be easily
changed.
Electronics
T8 luminaires are usually equipped with a magnetic or electronic ballast. T5 luminaires are equipped with an electronic ballast.
Other electrical equipment such as intelligent dimmable ballst supporting DALI systems are available upon request.
