The high standard of our Ronmedic products is based on intensive research perfected formulations and superior production technology. Consistent quality is gauranteed by stringent testing and pioneering analysis methods. As a consequence of this approach our products are granted a seal of quality.

Thanks to production in optimum clean room conditions (see picture on the right), prior to extrusion automatic systems draw the individual raw materials into batches within a processing area that is hermetically sealed from the environment having pure filtered processed air and purified cooling water ensuring the required degree of purity, especially inside the extruded tubing which is then fed directly to the production lines by the delivery system. The semi-finished product are conveyed to a clean room which is to US Federal Standard 209 Class 10.000.

APPLICATIONS & USES
For use in all medical applications from heart sugery to heart lung machines and general consumables uses, where the tubing has outstanding compatibility regarding temperature, resistence to kinking, perfect fit on associated connectors and patient acceptability.

MATERIALS
PVC clear and matt finish with stabilizers.

OPERATING PROPERTIES
The plasticized PVC in the Ronmedic tubing is manufactured from basic PVC types, plastizers, stabilizers and process auxiliaries.

SPECIFICATION
Chemical, biological, toxicological analyses according to DIN 58 357 Part II.
Varying shore hardness from 60 to 85 SH.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Meets US FDA 209 Class 100 standards.

LIFE & AGEING
Autoclavable to 120 degrees C steam, 2 bar, 15 minutes.
Life and ageing dependent upon use and application.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Fulfils the chemical requirements to European Pharmacopeia, and also USP Class VI, intracutaneous test, acute systemic toxicity tests and is pyrogen free.

PACKAGING
Double wrapped in heat sealed polythene bags.
Each reel is secured with four ties equally spaced.
Reel length as agreed.
