We manufacture extrusion and rubber moulding materials in either Silicone rubber or EPDM, with applications at temperatures exceeding +300 °C and where a "Zero spread of flame" is required to specifications thus averting disasters.

Ronfell's Section 12 protection System is as versatile as the Soft Protection System yet offers a higher specification. It is manufactured from LUL compliant Ronsil 72 LCH1 flame retardant silicone rubber (Section 12 compliant) for sub-surface station equipment.Help Point Covers
Ronsil Special 72 LCH1 is available in the form of mouldings, vacuum welded jointed sheets, profile extrusions and sheet. It is particularly suited to use in engineering applications where public safety is a main concern. There is a wide range of standard colours available; although not all colours can be matched, Ronfell Group has a large amount of experience at being able to produce these materials in colours that are tailored to customer requirements.Flame Retardant Rubber Products
The SE range of Cellular Silicone Elastomers is available as profile extrusions, jointed rings, sheeting, which can be self- adhesive backed, strip and punchings. They are particularly suited to use in high temperature seals and gaskets, where a soft, easily deformed rubber is required. There is a full range of standard colours available, and we have the capability to colour match to customer requirements. Other specific sponge grades available include Flame retardant grades, SE515 & SE524 AFS1682, AMS3195, AMS3196 & BMS 1-60.Flame Retardant Solid Silicone Rubber
