Ronfell has the capability of producing in-house, custom moulded rubber components for all types of masking applications. Our state of the art moulding machines are ideal for high volume requirements. We offer a wide range of materials, especially silicone and EPDM formulations. Ronfell's EPDM caps and plugs are an inexpensive alternative to silicone rubber masking products. With excellent chemical resistance, parts can withstand temperatures up to
220°C. These products are particularly resistant to acids and chemicals used in electroplating processes, such as chromium and other plating solutions.
Silicone Caps & Plugs
Made from EHTSI heat stabilised silicone formula, which resists heats up to 280°C. Re-usable, extremely cost effective,
and proven for use in E-coat and powder coating systems.Easily identified, the red iron oxide stabiliser will not bleed out,
even at high temperatures. They will not harden or melt and no mastic means clean threads and surfaces. Enviromentally friendly,
halogen free and does not contaminate.
