Silicone Sponge

Silicone sponge consists of products with low compression set properties, UL94HB flame ratings, thermal conductivity, fluid and fuel resistant fluorosilicone and general purpose silicones. We apply a variety of pressure sensitive acrylic and silicone polymer based adhesive backings and regularly apply a conductive silicone based surface coating for ESD protection.

Expanded silicone rubber sponges is available in the following material grades:
RE510 (12 lbs pcf), RE515 (16 lbs pcf), RE524 (24 lbs pcf), RE533 (33 lbs pcf).
