Super Roof Seal [www.superroofseal.com]Superseal Waterproofing
During its lifetime a building is subject to thermal and structural stress inducedmovement, which subject waterproofing products to a range of performance demands.
Waterproofing needs to be strong, flexible, resistant to an array of environmental
conditions and it is to possess longevity.
The Superseal range of E.P.D.M. and Butyl membranes have been globally proven in
harsh conditions including commercial flat roofing and water containment. Few, if any,
other materials can match their superior performance or properties.
Excellent expansion and contraction characteristics - upto 400% elongation
Available in 20 metre rolls, at widths of 1300mm or 1700mm, with or without inclusive
'Thermobond', or prefabricated into panels to accommodate even the most complex
plan of up to 500m², 'Elastoseal' or the fleece-backed 'Superseal' membranes are
used in flat roofing, parking decks and terraces, or as Geomembranes, and pond / reservoir liners.
Superseal EPDM - Mechanically Attached.
The mechanically attached Superseal roof is the best possible choice for new constructionas well as re-roofing old roofs.
Superseal EPDM - Partially/fully Attached
The bonded Superseal roof is an economically and technically beneficial membrane used forrenovating old flet roofs for example. A Superseal roof partially bonded to the substrate with
bonding bitumen, environmentally friendly water.
