The mechanically attached Superseal roof is the best possible choice for new construction as well as re-roofing old roofs.

The System provides:
  • Thermobond hot air splicing giving a steam that has the same elasticity and flexibility as the membrane itself, with a secure homogeneous welded joint.
  • Fleec backed membrane giving a smooth, wrinkle free installation.
  • Low weight - approx. 1.5kg/mē
  • Fast, safe and simple installation with no naked flames.
  • Full range of accessories to accomodate all connections and terminations.

    • Mechanically attached Superseal EPDM can be installed quickly and securely on any suitable substrate. There is no risk of migration when the rubber membrane is in contact with the substrate material, including polystyrene.
