The bonded Superseal roof is an economically and technically benefical membrane used for renovating old flat roofs. A Superseal roof partially bonded to the substrate with bonding bitumen, enviromentally friendly water based adhesive or PUR adhesives can offer many advantages.

The system provides:

  • Works in the same way as traditional felt, but can withstand stretching, permanent movement and deflection from standing water.
  • No puncturing attachments or screws through the substrate.
  • Low weight (Bitumen bonded 2.5Kg/mē, adhesives, 1.5kg/mē).
  • Fast, secure installation, no open flames on the roof.
  • Full range of accessories for all possible roof penetrations.
  • Will not crack, shrink or difuse.
  • Bonded Superseal EPDM is installed quickly and securely onto feklt roofs, concrete roofs or tomber. There is no risk migration with the substrate or other building materials
