DESCRIPTION
SAD is caused by several factors one of the most important is the lack of a specific spectrum of sunlight
on to the body and particular the eyes. SAD generally affects the person with symptoms of depression, chronic depression, tiredness, headaches and general bad health leading to severe illness.
Ronfell has developed the"HEALTHLITE" which is a technologically advanced luminaire, which when used by SAD patients starts the healing process to recovery within weeks.
The"HEALTHLITE"can be used at any time in the home or office and corrects the loss of sunlight during the winter season. Tests conducted with patients and staff in homes, clinics, residential and office environments using the "HEALTHLITE" luminaire found an increase in general health and well being with reduced depression and continued therapy produced sustained good health.

MATERIAL
Constructed of white anodised metal trim, reflecting lourvers and electrical equipment.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Meets the European Council Directive on radiated light.
Safety instructions apply to all radiated light sources.

TECHNICAL
Healthlite wide spectrum light is safe to use in normal circumstances.
Chromaticity co-ordinates are Ra97, x = 0.313 y = 0.403

LIFE & AGEING
The Healthlite light source has nominal life of 9,000 hours, before light source replacement.
